Kids Calligraphy Class

Camels and Chai Kids Workshop

This class was all about sparking joy and curiosity in young artists while connecting them to the rich artistic traditions of the Islamic world. Kids were introduced to the beauty of Arabic calligraphy and encouraged to explore art forms practiced by Muslims throughout history.

Each child received a custom calligraphy practice sheet featuring their own name alongside meaningful words like Allah, Mohammed, and more, giving them plenty of inspiration to work with. Once they felt confident with their letters, the real fun began: painting their favorite words onto canvas using a completely free range of color. We encouraged every child to mix and experiment, discovering their own unique hues along the way. The results were as bold and individual as the kids themselves.

Our team was there every step of the way, guiding each child and helping them bring their vision to life. The best part of this class was seeing their faces light up, proud and excited to take their very own masterpiece home.
